WHERE IT ALL STARTED
Jason was born and raised in Manila Philippines. His mother is Filipino and his father is American of Ashkenazi Jewish heritage. His earliest acting roles include the lead in Christopher Durang’s short comic ‘The Actor’s Nightmare’ at the 2002 APAC Theatre Festival, Canadian Academy Kobe Japan; earning him the award of Most Outstanding Performance. The following year he took on the role of Conrad Birdie in Brent International School Manila’s major production: ‘Bye Bye Birdie.’
EARLY CAREER
With a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality and Marketing from the Glion Insititue of Higher Education in Switzerland, Jason moved to New York City in 2009 where he built his career in luxury hotel management. He was a 2 time nominee as New York City's best concierge and eventually earned his place as a member of Les Clefs d’Or USA.
“As a concierge, you’re playing the same character everyday on a theater stage under the guise of a hotel front desk.
And after many successful seasons of playing the part, I knew it was time to move on and commit to new roles in the real world of Theater, TV & Film.”
